Cancellation Policy

1No recurring payments

All plans and tools on SEOTOOLBD.COM are one-time payments. We never charge you again automatically, so there is nothing to cancel when your plan ends.

2When your plan ends

Every plan lasts the number of days shown at checkout (usually 30 days). You keep full access until the last day. After that the tools are switched off in your dashboard. You can renew any time from Choose your plan.

3Cancelling a new order

• Before access is given: contact us and we cancel the order and refund you in full.
• After access is given: the Refund Policy applies, including the 3-day window.
• Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after a short time.

4Upgrading or downgrading

Want a bigger plan or a different tool? Tell us within 3 days of activation and we will move you, charging or crediting only the difference. After 3 days, changes are not possible until your current plan ends.

5When we cancel

We may cancel a subscription without notice if we find account sharing, reselling, abuse of a tool or any break of our Terms & Conditions. No refund is given in these cases.

6Orders paid with your wallet

• If an order paid fully or partly from your wallet is cancelled or fails, the wallet part goes back to your wallet automatically. Any part you paid with bKash follows the Refund Policy.
• An unpaid dashboard order is cancelled after 2 hours and any wallet money held for it is returned.
• A wallet top-up itself cannot be cancelled once the money is in your wallet. Wallet money is not refundable or cashable.
