Member Levels

1How levels work

Every customer starts at Silver. The more subscriptions you complete with us, the higher your level and the bigger your discount on eligible tools. Your level is shown with a coloured badge next to your name in your dashboard.

• One subscription = 30 full days of access. A 30-day plan that runs to the end counts as 1. A 6-month plan that runs to the end counts as 6.
• Tools bought together count once. A group plan or combo with many tools is one subscription, not one per tool.
• Website and team orders both count. Plans you buy on the website and plans our team activates for you are counted the same way.
• Only completed time counts. A plan that was refunded, cancelled or stopped before its 30 days ended does not count.
• Your level never goes down. Once you reach a level, you keep it.

Your dashboard shows how many subscriptions you have and how many more you need for the next level.

3Your benefits

• Gold: 10% off eligible tools, added automatically at checkout, and a gold badge next to your name.
• Platinum: 20% off eligible tools and a shiny platinum badge.
• Diamond: 30% off eligible tools, a diamond badge and a special Diamond look on your dashboard.
• Silver: normal member prices. Complete 5 subscriptions to reach Gold.
• When you move up a level we tell you in your dashboard and by email.

4Which tools get the discount

The level discount does not apply to every tool or plan. A 20% or 30% level does not mean 20% or 30% off everything on the site. Tools are in three groups:

• Full level discount: group plans and most shared tools. Gold 10%, Platinum 20%, Diamond 30%.
• Up to 10%: some shared tools and most private (personal) accounts. Every level from Gold up gets 10% on these.
• No level discount: a few tools that already have a special low price, every Custom package (built on the Build your package page) and wallet top-ups.

The groups follow our store offers and can change at any time, for example when a tool company changes its price to us. The checkout always shows the discount you really get.

5How you get the discount

• On the website or in your dashboard: log in and pay as usual. Your discount is added automatically at checkout on every eligible tool. You do not need a code.
• Paying our team directly: open your dashboard, tap My member discount and get a one-time code. It works once, only for your own account, for 7 days, and only on tools with the full level discount. You get a new code after the old one is used or has ended. An old code never works again.

6Conditions

• Only one discount can be used on an order. If you enter another coupon at checkout, it replaces your member discount.
• The discount applies to new payments only. It is not given back on past orders and cannot be exchanged for cash or wallet money.
• One-time codes are personal and cannot be shared, sold or given to someone else.
• If an order is refunded, the refund is based on the amount you actually paid, under our Refund Policy.
• Account sharing, reselling or any break of our Terms & Conditions can remove your level and discount.
• SEOTOOLBD.COM may change the levels, the number of subscriptions needed, the discount rates or the tool groups at any time. The latest version is always on this page.
